ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಾಯುಪಡೆಯ ಮೂರು ರಫೇಲ್  ಫೈಟರ್ ಜೆಟ್‌ಗಳ ಎರಡನೇ ತಂಡವು 2020 ನವೆಂಬರ್ 04ರ ಬುಧವಾರ ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿತು.

"ಐಎಎಫ್ # ರಫೇಲ್ ವಿಮಾನದ ಎರಡನೇ ತಂಡವು ಪ್ರಾನ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ತಡೆರಹಿತವಾಗಿ ಹಾರಿದ ನಂತರ ೦೪ ನವೆಂಬರ್ ೨೦ ರಂದು ರಾತ್ರಿ ೮:೧೪ ಕ್ಕೆ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿತು" ಎಂದು ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಾಯುಪಡೆಯು ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿತು.

‘ಮೂರು ಜೆಟ್‌ಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲುಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಫ್ರೆಂಚ್ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್‌ಗಳು ಇಂಧನ ತುಂಬಿಸಲಿವೆ. ಜಾಮ್‌ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ವಿರಾಮದ ನಂತರ ಜೆಟ್‌ಗಳು ಅಂಬಾಲಾ ತಲುಪುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಾಯುಪಡೆಯು ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ  ೩೬ ರಫೇಲ್ ವಿಮಾನಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಐದು ರಫೇಲ್  ಜೆಟ್‌ಗಳ ಮೊದಲ ತಂಡವು ಜುಲೈ ೨೯ ರಂದು ಅಬುಧಾಬಿ ಬಳಿಯ ಅಲ್ ದಫ್ರಾ ವಾಯುನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಅಂಬಾಲಾ ವಾಯುನೆಲೆಗೆ ತಲುಪಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ೧೦ ರಂದು ಔಪಚಾರಿಕ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ನಡೆಯಿತು.

ನವದೆಹಲಿ:  ಧರ್ಮ ಪ್ರೊಡಕ್ಷನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಲಿರುವ ಗುಂಜನ್ ಸಕ್ಸೇನಾ- ದಿ ಕಾರ್ಗಿಲ್ ಗರ್ಲ್ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಕೆಲಸದ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಬಗೆಗಿನ ನಕಾತಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಿತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಾಯುಪಡೆ (ಐಎಎಫ್) 2020 ಆಗಸ್ಟ್  12ರ ಬುಧವಾರ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿತು.

ಧರ್ಮ ಪ್ರೊಡಕ್ಷನ್, ನೆಟ್‌ಫ್ಲಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಆಫ್ ಫಿಲ್ಮ್ ಸರ್ಟಿಫಿಕೇಶನ್‌ಗೆ (ಸಿಬಿಎಫ್‌ಸಿ) ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ, ಐಎಎಫ್ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಟ್ರೈಲರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿನ ಕೆಲವು ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ’ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಾಯುಪಡೆಯನ್ನು ಅನಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಋಣಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಚಿತ್ರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿತು.

ಆರಂಭಿಕ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಾಯುಪಡೆಯನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಚಿತ್ರವು ಮುಂದಿನ ತಲೆಮಾರಿನ ಐಎಎಫ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಿಸಲು ಧರ್ಮ ಪ್ರೊಡಕ್ಷನ್ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. 

ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರದ ಟ್ರೈಲರ್‌ರನ್ನು ಓವರ್ ಟಾಪ್ (ಒಟಿಟಿ) ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಐಎಎಫ್ ತನ್ನ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಐಎಎಫ್ ತನ್ನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಬುಧವಾರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

"ಎಕ್ಸ್-ಫ್ಲೈಟ್ ಲೆಫ್ಟಿನೆಂಟ್ ಗುಂಜನ್ ಸಕ್ಸೇನಾ’ ಸಿನಿ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ವೈಭವೀಕರಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ, ಧರ್ಮ ಪ್ರೊಡಕ್ಷನ್ಸ್ ಜನರನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪುದಾರಿಗೆಳೆಯುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾದ ಕೆಲಸದ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಚಿತ್ರಿಸುವ, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಾಯುಪಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಕೆಲವು ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳನ್ನು  ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಪತ್ರ ವಿವರಿಸಿದೆ.

ಒಂದು ಸೇವೆಯಾಗಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಾಯುಪಡೆಯು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂಲಿಂಗ ತಟಸ್ಥವಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪುರುಷ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮಾನ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಐಎಎಫ್ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.

ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಾರ್ಹವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಗಳ ಸಾರಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಂಗ ತಾರತಮ್ಯದ ತಪ್ಪಾದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ಐಎಎಫ್ ಒದಗಿಸಿದೆ.

ಚಿತ್ರದ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಾರ್ಹ ಭಾಗಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು ಎಂದು ಪತ್ರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

"ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ, ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಆದರೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ನಿರಾಕರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ಐಎಎಫ್ ’ಈ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಅಸಮರ್ಪಕ ಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಎಂದು ಐಎಎಫ್ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುತ್ತದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆ.

’ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಸಿಬಿಎಫ್‌ಸಿ ನೆಟ್‌ಫ್ಲಿಕ್ಸ್‌ನಂತಹ ಒಟಿಟಿ ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಯಂ-ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರವು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಕಳೆದ ತಿಂಗಳು, ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವು ಮುಂಬೈನ ಸಿಬಿಎಫ್‌ಸಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರವೊಂದನ್ನು ಬರೆದಿದ್ದು, ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವೆಬ್ ಸರಣಿಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೇನೆಯ ಚಿತ್ರಣವನ್ನು ವಿರೂಪಗೊಳಿಸುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸಾರ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿರಾಕ್ಷೇಪಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿತ್ತು.

ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಾಯುಪಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ೧,೩೦೦ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಪಡೆಗಳ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ೩,೩೦೦ ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ, ಆದರೆ ೨೦೧೫ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರು ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವವರೆಗೆ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಐಎಎಫ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನ ಅವಕಾಶ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ವಿರೋಧವಿತ್ತು.

೧೯೯೨ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಸಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಪಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಲು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತಾದರೂ, ಯುದ್ಧನೌಕೆಗಳು, ಟ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲಾಳುಪಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ರಣರಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.

ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ನಂತರ ಸೇನೆಯು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಅಲ್ಪಾವಧಿಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಯೋಜಿತರಾದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಆಯೋಗ ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಫೆಬ್ರುವರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರನ್ನು ಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಪಾತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಲಿಂಗ ಸಮಾನತೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡಲು ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗಾಗಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಆಯೋಗ ರಚಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಸೇನೆಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿತ್ತು.

New Delhi: If Pakistan stops terrorism, the Army would also "be like Neeraj Chopra", Army Chief General Bipin Rawat said Wednesday, 5^th September 2018, referring to the Asian Games javelin gold medallist's gesture of reaching out to his Pakistani competitor.

Rawat, while speaking at an event to felicitate Asian Games medallists from the Army, also said the situation in Kashmir improved in 2017 as compared to the year before and in 2018, it was improving further.

Asked if there was any "sportsmanship" on display at the Indo-Pak border, Rawat said, "They should make the first move, they should stop terrorism. If they stop terrorism, we will also be like Neeraj Chopra."

It was quite a moment at the Asian Games when Chopra stood flanked by a Chinese and a Pakistani on the podium. 

The picture of Chopra shaking hands with Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem, who won bronze, on the podium went viral on social media.

Rawat said that contrary to the figures that keep coming up in the media that terrorism was rising, local youngsters getting radicalised and taking up arms were getting killed by the security forces or arrested or surrendering in 1-2 months.

"This action (by the security forces) will continue, but I can say with confidence that among youngsters and their families there is a belief that this is not the right path.

"I see in many places that the mothers have urged their sons to come back and if this action continues, I am confident that we will be able to solve the problem of terrorism. And slowly the youngsters that have become radicalised, will come home," he said.

India's enemies nervous as Sukhoi-30 MKI-BrahMos integration gets closer to reality

New Delhi: If everything goes as per plan, the Indian Air Force (IAF) is all set to become the only air force in the world with a supersonic cruise missile system!

India will achieve this unique capability when IAF's frontline fighter aircraft Sukhoi-30 MKI will test fire a 2,500 kg BrahMos air-to-ground missile in the coming months. Some reports have claimed that the test firing will be held in April.

The IAF had, last June, flown with a 'dummy bomb' and had been preparing for the actual test firing since then.

With a range of over 290 kms, the BrahMos, onboard the Sukhoi-30 MKI, will provide the IAF the lethal capability to strike deep inside enemy territory without the risks involved in entering a heavily defended airspace.

Integration of BrahMos with Su-30 MKI will render the weapon a multi-platform capability, allowing the IAF to deliver a deadly blow to their vital installations from stand-off ranges.

The integration brings a paradigm shift in the capability of the IAF vis-a-vis its adversaries.

The Su-30-Brahmos combination will carry out air combat operations within and beyond visibility range and will provide the IAF with the capability of attacking targets protected by powerful air defence assets.

Around 40 Su-30 MKI aircraft are expected to be modified to make them capable of carrying BrahMos.

As per reports, several other countries in possession of the Su-30 strike fighter are looking to acquiring a lethal weapon system for the Russian-made warplanes.
