Pollutants dipped in Delhi’s Air

New Delhi: Did the Odd-even Traffic Scheme which was introduced in Delhi from Friday 1^st January 2016 helped at least to some extent to reduce Air Pollution in Delhi?

System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR) answered positively.  According to SAFAR, pollutants in the Delhi’s air dipped by around 10 per cent on average between 8 am to 2 pm today, the first day of introduction of Odd-even scheme in Delhi. This information is given in comparison with the statistics of last two days. SAFAR says this is ‘possibly’ due to the Odd-even restrictions.

As per initial observations of SAFAR, the gains of less vehicular emissions could have been more had there been less vehicular movement and no bursting of firecrackers on the night of January 31.

Although the average value of suspended particulate matter PM 2.5 rose to around 198 micrograms per cubic metre, an increase as compared to  Thursday, 31 December 2015, a fall could be observed between 8am when the odd-even scheme kicked in and 2pm,

"Air quality remained very poor. But the reduction in PM 2.5, possibly around 15 per cent due to less emissions and vehicular dust reduction, that was observed for few hours could be seen as an impact of the odd-even measure as other factors like wind speed and temperature remained the same as last two days," SAFAR's Project Director Gufran Beig said.

However, the jump that was seen afterward need to be examined scientifically and it was possibly due to a sudden dip in the day time temperature. Cooler temperature heightens pollution.

For the First time in the Country Odd-even Scheme of Traffic System was introduced in Delhi from today. Chief Minister of Delhi Aravind Kejriwal was overwhelmed to the success and complimented the people for it. He himself traveled to Secretariat in Car Pooling with transport and health ministers, while several other ministers traveled through motor bikes or through Auto Rickshaws.

Aam Aadmi Party workers as well as several other social workers joined the movement and helped police and public for car pooling and success of new traffic system. They offered  roses to those who violated the rule.

NGT asks Centre

New Delhi:  The  National Green Tribunal today, 09^th October 2015, asked the Union Government to "tell one place" where the Ganga is clean and said that despite spending huge sums, the situation has gone from bad to worse.

Expressing open displeasure over the government's lackadaisical approach towards ensuring cleanliness and uninterrupted flow of the Ganga, it said "we take it that almost nothing has happened in reality." 

The green panel, which was asked to act against industrial units polluting Ganga by the Supreme Court, said the Centre and the states over the years have only been shifting responsibility and nothing concrete was visible on the ground.

"Would you please tell us that is it correct that more than Rs 5,000 crore has been spent on Ganga in making it worse from bad. We don't want to know whether you have allotted this quantum of money to the states or have spent it yourself.

"Out of the 2,500 km stretch of the river Ganga, tell us one place, where the condition of the river has improved," a bench headed by NGT Chairperson Justice Swatanter Kumar asked.

The counsel appearing for Ministry of Water Resources told the bench that almost Rs 4,000 crore has been spent on the rejuvenation of the river since 1985 till last year.

He said that Ganga Action Plan (GAP) Phase-I was launched as a centrally-funded scheme in 1985 and later GAP Phase-II was initiated in 1993 to improve the river's water quality. In 2009, 'National Ganga River Basin Authority' (NGRBA) was setup for pollution control in the Ganga.

NGRBA, a World Bank-funded scheme, was aimed at effective abatement of pollution and conservation of Ganga and 70 per cent of the total project cost was contributed by the Centre and the remaining expenses were borne by the states, he said.

To this, the bench said, "better be careful of what you say. We take it as almost nothing has happened in reality. It is not suddenly that we are asking for all the information from you.

"We have been waiting for the last one year. But for one reason or the other, you have been delaying the issue. We don't want to comment on that. But this time we are not leaving it to your discretion, be rest assured. To clean Ganga is your prime responsibility. Days are very short for you," the bench said.

New Delhi: Even as they fight  over jurisdiction, there are signs of cooperation as the union and Delhi governments are to create a single agency to clean up Yamuna river – which accounts for 70 percent of the capital’s water needs.

Both Centre and Delhi Govts thought over this after realising that the multiple authorities engaged in the task have complicated the job.

The agency, likely to named the Delhi Yamuna Development Authority (DYDA), will be set up on the lines of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation – jointly run by the central and Delhi governments.

“This will be major step in the direction of rejuvenating the Yamuna. Various agencies involved in the task has prove to be a bottleneck,” a top Delhi government official told.

Presently, around a dozen of authorities look after the river: Delhi government’s revenue department, irrigation and flood department, Delhi Jal Board and the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) – and other departments of civic bodies with none of them doing their job and instead coming in each other’s way.

This has meant that successive governments at the Centre and in Delhi have failed to rejuvenate the river despite spending over Rs.1,500 crore on three Yamuna Action Plans, the first of which was launched way back in 1993.

“The authorities are not able to execute their work because of jurisdiction issues. If Delhi Jal Board wants to to do some thing on the riverfront, DDA’s permission is needed,” the official explained.

“The Delhi government had proposed the idea of a meeting with the centre, which was okay with the proposal,” the official said, adding: “The proposal is ready.”

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his minister with the water portfolio, Kapil Mishra, had met central ministers Uma Bharti, M. Venkaiah Naidu to evolve a common plan of action for the Yamuna. Both sides have already decided to create a special purpose vehicle for the task.

A detailed blueprint is being prepared for the purpose.

Cleaning-up the Yamuna is one of the poll promises of the Aam Aadmi Party government, which rode to power in February, winning 67 of the 70 assembly seats. It is also among the top agenda items of the Narendra Modi government.

Mishra, it is learnt, has set a three-year deadline for the project. According to the National Green Tribunal, the state governmrnt needs Rs.3,659 crore for the purpose.

ಮಹಾತ್ಮಾ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರ 150ನೇ ಹುಟ್ಟು ಹಬ್ಬದ ವರ್ಷವಾದ 2019ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಭಾರತದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಕೊಳೆ  ತೊಳೆಯುವ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ತೊಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರ ಜನ್ಮದಿನವಾದ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 2ರಂದು ‘ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತ ಅಭಿಯಾನ’ಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. 30 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 2 ಗಂಟೆಯಂತೆ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ 100 ಗಂಟೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದರು.

ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಬದಿಗೊತ್ತಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳು, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರು, ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು, ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ದೇಶವೇ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಕರೆಗೆ ಓಗೊಟ್ಟಿತು.

ಗಾಂಧಿ ಜಯಂತಿಯ ದಿನ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪೊರಕೆಗಳು ರಸ್ತೆ, ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಚಲಿಸಿದವು. ಮೋದಿಯವರು ರಾಜಘಾಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾತ್ಮಾ ಅವರ ಸ್ಮಾರಕಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಬಳಿಕ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಬಸ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವತಃ ಪೊರಕೆ ಹಿಡಿದು ಗುಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅದಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸ್ಟೇಷನ್ನಿಗೆ ದಿಢೀರ್ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕಸ ಕಂಡು ಸ್ವತಃ ಗುಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಅಂದಾಜು 2 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ 11.11 ಕೋಟಿ ಶೌಚಾಲಯ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಪಣ ತೊಟ್ಟಿತು. ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ದೇಶದ 2.47 ಲಕ್ಷ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ತಲಾ 20 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ ಅನುದಾನ ಘೋಷಿಸಿತು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಗತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವ ನಿತಿನ್ ಗಡ್ಕರಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಗುವ ಜೈವಿಕ ರಸಗೊಬ್ಬರ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕಸದಿಂದ ರಸ ಮಾಡುವ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆಯನ್ನೂ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಗಣ್ಯರಾದ ಸಚಿನ್ ತೆಂಡೂಲ್ಕರ್, ಅಮೀರ್ ಖಾನ್, ಬಾಬಾ ರಾಮದೇವ್, ಅನಿಲ್ ಅಂಬಾನಿ, ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕಾ ಛೋಪ್ರಾ, ಕಮಲಹಾಸನ್, ಸಲ್ಮಾನ್ ಖಾನ್, ಮೃದುಲಾ ಸಿನ್ಹಾ ಮತ್ತು ಶಶಿ ತರೂರ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳ ಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಮಂಗಳ ಗ್ರಹ ತಲುಪಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವಾಗ ನಮಗೆ ಮಹಾತ್ಮಾ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರ ಕನಸಾದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲವೇ ಎಂದು ಜನತೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಹಾಕಿದರು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ.

ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಮೊದಲ ದಿನದ ಸ್ಪಂದನೆ ಖಂಡಿತ ಅಭಿನಂದನೀಯ. ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಬೇಕು.

ಆದರೆ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ನಗರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾರ್ಡು ಮಟ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಟ್ಟಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ನಿರಾಶೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಹೃದಯಭಾಗವಾದ ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಿಂದ 13 ಕಿಮೀಗಳಿಗೂ ಕಡಿಮೆ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಹೆಗಡೆ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಭೇಟಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ನೋಡಿ. ನಿಮಗೆ ಇದು ಖಾತರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ದಕ್ಷ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಹೆಸರು ಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಹೆಗಡೆ ಅವರು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಹಲವಾರು ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾದ ಒಂದು ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಿಡಮರಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಡಿಸಿ ರಾಜಧಾನಿಯನ್ನು ತಂಪಾಗಿಸಿದ್ದು. ಅವರ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಸಿಗಳಾಗಿ ನಂತರ ಹೆಮ್ಮರಗಳಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆದ ಮರಗಳ ಗತಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರೆ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡಬಲ್ಲರು.

ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಮರಹತ್ಯೆ’ಗಳು ನಿರಂತರ ನಡೆದು ಈಗ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಸ್ಸು ನಿಲ್ಲುವ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲೇ ಇರಲಿ, ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಸಂಕೇತಗಳು ಇರುವ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಇರಲಿ ನಿಂತರೆ ಸಾಕು ತಲೆ ಬಿಸಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಿಡಿಯತೊಡಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮರಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿರ್ನಾಮವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಿ, ಅವುಗಳ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಬುಶ್’ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚೆಂದರೆ ಆರಡಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಸಸ್ಯಗಳು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳ ಅಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಬಂದು ನಿಂತಿವೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ವಸತಿ ಸ್ಥಳ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಬಡ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನಗರದ ಹೊರಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗ ಒದಗಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಹೆಗಡೆಯವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನೇ ಈ ಜನ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡದ್ದರಿಂದ ಥಣಿಸಂದ್ರದ ಬಳಿಕದ ಜಾಗಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಹೆಗಡೆ ನಗರ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರು ಬಂತು ಎಂದು ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಬಿಳಿತಲೆಗಳು ನೆನಪು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ.

ಈ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಹೆಗಡೆ ನಗರ ಗಣ್ಯಾತಿಗಣ್ಯರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವೆಂದರೆ ತಪ್ಪಲ್ಲ. ಹಿಂದಿನ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಜಾಫರ್ ಷರೀಫ್, ಡಿ.ಬಿ. ಚಂದ್ರೇಗೌಡ, ಸಾಂಗ್ಲಿಯಾನರಂತಹವರೆಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬಿಡಿ. ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಹಾಲಿ ರೈಲ್ವೇ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಡಿ.ವಿ. ಸದಾನಂದ ಗೌಡ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಭೈರೇಗೌಡ, ಬೃಹತ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಮಿತಿಯಂತಹ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸ್ಥಾಯಿಸಮಿತಿಯ ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮುನೀಂದ್ರ ಕುಮಾರಂತಹವರು ಈಗಲೂ ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇಂತಿಪ್ಪ ಗಣ್ಯಾತಿಗಣ್ಯರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವಾದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನವೂ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ತರುವ ಈ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಹೆಗಡೆ ನಗರದ ಮುಖ್ಯರಸ್ತೆಯು, ದೇವನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣವನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ-ಯಲಹಂಕದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾಗುವ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ರಸ್ತೆಯೂ ಹೌದು.

ಇನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಉದ್ದ ಎಳೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ‘ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತ ಅಭಿಯಾನ’ದ  ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಒಂದು ಕರೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ‘ಕೊಳಕು ಇರುವ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಫೊಟೋ, ವಿಡಿಯೋ ತೆಗೆದು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ. ಅವುಗಳು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛಗೊಂಡ ಬಗೆಯನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧಿಸಿ’ ಅಂತ.

ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಹೆಗಡೆ ನಗರದ ಮುಖ್ಯರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ‘ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ’ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲೇ ಇಡೀ ಪುಟ್ಟ್ಟಪಥವನ್ನು (ಫುಟ್ಪಾತ್) ಕೊಳಕು ಕಸ ಹೇಗೆ ಆಕ್ರಮಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ? ಹೇಗೆ ಬಯಲು ಮೂತ್ರಾಲಯವಾಗಿ ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ? ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮುಖ್ಯರಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಒಳಗೆ ಇರುವ ಬಾಲಾಜಿ ಲೇಔಟ್ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವ ಸ್ಥಳ ಹೇಗೆ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಬುಡವನ್ನೇ ಕಸದ ಬುಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ? ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಜಲಮಂಡಳಿಯ ವಾಟರ್ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ತಳದಲ್ಲೇ ಇರುವ ಬೃಹತ್

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ (ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ) ಸಹಾಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವವರನ್ನು ಎದುರಲ್ಲೇ ಇರುವ ನಾರುವ ಕಸದ ರಾಶಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಚಿತ್ರಗಳೇ ಅದನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತವೆ.

‘ಪರ್ಯಾಯ’ ದಿನ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಹಾಕುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾವಾಗ ಇದು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛವಾಗಿ, ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತದ ಭಾಗವಾಗುತ್ತದೋ ಎಂದು. ಸ್ವಚ್ಛಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಫೊಟೋ ಲಭ್ಯವಾದರೆ, ಅದನ್ನೂ ಖಂಡಿತ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅಕ್ಕ ಪಕ್ಕದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ‘ಕತೆ’ ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಚಿತ್ರ ಸಹಿತ ಬರೆದುಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೂ ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ.

ರೇಡಿಯೊ ಮೂಲಕ ಇನ್ನು ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಯಮಿತ ಸಂವಹನ: ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ

ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ತಾವು ಇನ್ನುಮುಂದೆ ನಿಯಮಿತವಾಗಿ ಆಕಾಶವಾಣಿ / ರೇಡಿಯೋ ಮೂಲಕ ಜನತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಹನ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಈದಿನ (3/10/2014) ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.

ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಆಕಾಶವಾಣಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಈದಿನ  11 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ‘ಮನದಾಳದ ಮಾತು’ ಆಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಂವಹನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಮುಂಜಾನೆ 11 ಗಂಟೆಗೇ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

‘ಕೊಳಕಿನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ವಿಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ‘ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತ ಅಭಿಯಾನ’ದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂದು ಜನತೆಗೆ ಪುನಃ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ, ‘ಈ ವಿಜಯದಶಮಿಯು ನಮಗೆ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಣ ಕೊಳಕಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಜಯ ತಂದುಕೊಡಲಿ’ ಎಂದು ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು.

ಜನತೆಗೆ ವಿಜಯದಶಮಿಯ ಶುಭ ಸಂದೇಶ ನೀಡಲು ಅವರು ಈ ಬಾನುಲಿ ಭಾಷಣದ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.

‘ಕೊಳಕು ನಿರ್ಮೂಲನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆ ಮಾಡೋಣ. ನಿನ್ನೆ (ಅ.2ರ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಜಯಂತಿಯ ದಿನ) ನಾವು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಬಯಸುವೆ’ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನುಡಿದರು.

ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಗಾಂಧಿಜಯಂತಿಯ ದಿನ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಗಂಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಗಾಗಿ ಮೀಸಲಿಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಜನರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

‘ಬಡ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಅನುಕೂಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆಲವಾದರೂ ಖಾದಿ ಉಡುಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿ. ಬೆಡ್ ಶೀಟ್ ಇರಬಹುದು, ಕರವಸ್ತ್ರ ಇರಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ ಬೇರೇನಾದರೂ ಇರಬಹುದು. ನೀವು ಒಂದು ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿದರೆ ಅದು ಒಂದು ಬಡ ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಬ್ಬದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರ ಅನುಕೂಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಖಾದಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೋದ್ಯೋಗ ಸಂಘಗಳು ಖಾದಿ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳಿಗೆ ರಿಯಾಯ್ತಿಯನ್ನೂ ನೀಡುತ್ತವೆ’ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ‘ಮನ್ ಕೀ ಬಾತ್’ (ಮನದಾಳದ ಮಾತು) ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಕೊಂಡಿಯನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ಕಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯವರ ‘ಮನದಾಳದ ಮಾತು’  ಕೇಳಬಹುದು.
